Documents Required for Registration

Please keep the following documents handy for the ease of filling the form:

1.  A recent scanned passport size photograph
2. Scanned image of your signature
3. ID Proof-  Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, etc
4. Mobile Number and Email ID to be kept handy. As all the Notifications are received on the Mobile Number.

Steps to be Followed for Kerala PSC One Time Registration

1. Open the official Kerala Public Commission Service Website https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/
2. Click on the New Registration button on the middle of the home page
3. The site will be redirected to the New Registration Page
4. Start filling up the form by providing the basic details like the User ID and Password. Also, give the Access Code and Click on the Register Button.
5. Fill up your Personal Details
6. Then fill your Communication Address
7. Upload your Photograph
8. Then upload your Signature
9. After filling up, preview the filled up form, and verify your details
10. After verifying, click on the Submit button
11. Then click the first Link in the Home Screen to add your Educational Qualifications. To add more of your Educational Qualifications click on the Plus Button, starting from the 10th Standard Details
12. You are required to add your Mother Language and all the other Languages you are comfortable in
13. The final step is to provide a declaration by providing the Present Employment Details, Any Preferences like Army or Sports Quota and then your Experience. 

It’s important to note that you should save your User ID and Password for all future references.
